Thank you for choosing the AXION Wave. We are pleased to offer you peace of mind with our extended warranty options, covering your device for an additional 2 years, 5 years, or a lifetime. This document outlines the terms and conditions of our extended warranty plans.

1. Warranty Coverage

Parts and Labor:

• What’s Covered: The extended warranty covers all parts and labor necessary to repair your AXION Wave device in the event of a manufacturing defect or malfunction under normal use conditions.
• Duration: Coverage is provided for the length of the warranty plan you select—2 years, 5 years, or for the lifetime of the device.

Shipping Costs:

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the AXION Wave device to VenturaDesigns for repair. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your device reaches us safely.
• Return Shipping: After repair, VenturaDesigns will cover the cost of shipping the device back to the customer.

2. Exclusions and Limitations

Damage Due to Abuse or Misuse:

• Not Covered: The extended warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications of the AXION Wave device. This includes, but is not limited to, physical damage, liquid damage, or damage caused by electrical surges.
• Inspection: All returned devices will be inspected upon receipt. If the damage is determined to be due to misuse or abuse, the warranty will be voided, and the customer will be responsible for repair costs.

Electronic Equipment Disclaimer:

• Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the device, including cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
• Consumable Components: The extended warranty does not cover consumable components, such as batteries or lead wires, unless the failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

4. Terms and Conditions

• Warranty Registration: Automatic registration. You don't need to do anything.
• Transferability: The extended warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the AXION Wave device.
• Limit of Liability: VenturaDesigns’ liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the AXION Wave device. VenturaDesigns is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the device.

5. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes arising from this warranty will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Kansas.
